Hey guys!

I have used bartender for a long time and I always remember being able to move Bar1. That is how it is not at the bottom of the screen centered. For some reason, I cannot move it. If I click drag and release, it snaps back to center very bottom. If I check "bar snapping" and repeat, it drags up to an odd spot 2 inches up and left from its original, holds no matter where my mouse dragging it is located, and when I release it snaps back to the original spot. 

I have tried deleting the WTF profiles and deleting the addon, reloading the game, and trying a fresh addon install with a fresh profile. The problem persists.

I can't figure out what to do and I don't know how to replicate or direct how I think the bug happened. I also don't know how to fix it.

It also doesn't seem to be anchored to another bar or section necessarily. Even when I have bar snapping and it appears in that other spot, only, it is not anchored to anything.

Also, I have paging enabled for bar 2 with "shift." I have enabled and disabled this entirely to test if that is an issue. Nothing.

I have also tried moving it by entering the actual offset position. Both entering it manually and clicking center horizontally and vertically change the numeric value, but the bar does not physically move.

The only thing I can do to the bar is change the icons on it and resize it. When I resize it, it auto centers but remains in the same position.

I am also using the Addon "Masque"

I also have "Move Anything" but see no conflicts and have been playing around with the possibility of it causing an issue but found no relation.

All the sudden working. Might be conflict with move anything. An error is popping up.
