command not working #1573

    Recently transferred a toon to a diff realm, however when ive logged in bartender has stopped working to an extent. /bt4 wont work, my other bars that used to be there are no longer there and can no longer customise anything. i have deleted the addon and reloaded it and still nothing. logged over to another realm and seems to be working. what am i doing wrong here? help?!
