So I've for all my years of playing wow, have been using your addon ''bartender'' but this time, for some reason - is buggy. - It started with I moved all my bars around and wanted to remove the Blizzard Artbar, for some reason it locked itself on my screen, with the blizzard bar in the middel of my screen - and the icon that should be on the minimap is not showing - or showing in my interface, so I can fix that. - so now I cant use bartender, cos I wont play with a gigant blizzard art bar in the middle of everything. 

I already tried; Restarting the game - Restaring my PC - uninstall the addon and install it again - disable and enable it - tried to download the file and not the ''app'' - tbh in my opinion I tried everything I could, how can this get fixed elsewise?
