Everything was working fine until I hit lvl 60 (max lvl). My xp bar went away, as it should, but where the xp bar usually goes in the stock wow interface (above the art bar) there is now a grey line. I have everything hidden, xp bars, rep bars, the entire classic art bar ... the grey line is still there. I do not have an option to move it or remove it and it's quite annoying as it goes right through the middle of my spell layout. 

I have disabled all other addons to make sure that it was Bartender4, the line persisted. It is, of course, there also when no Bartender is enabled because it is a part of the original Blizzard art bar. The Bartender addon should remove the line, yet the line is there. Attaching photo of Bartender4 running with everything hidden (all bars, every option to hide is checked). You can clearly see the line along the bottom.

If anyone else has this issue, I found a workaround to fix it. Since there needs to be an XP bar for it to hide, and when there is not there is the grey line, you need to give it an XP bar. You can do this by going into your character reputation tab, and choosing any rep to "Show as Experience Bar". Then Bartender will recognize an XP bar, and will hide it. No more bar! Still an issue with the addon but thank goodness the bar is gone.
