Request: Move WQ Talking Head Banner #1486

    I've been searching for a while for a separate addon that would do this, without having to load something as bulky as elvui with no luck.  Can you add the World Quest Talking Head popup to the "bar" list?  It pops up RIGHT over my two main action bars and even the WQ ability button.

    I'd like the same feature, this is available in other bar mods.
