PVP specific bar #1440

    Can you add a checkbox to the Bar 'Visibility' page for:

        "Hide when PVP mode not active" -- or "Show only in pvp mode"

    This would give us a bar that is active only when PVP mode is enabled either by user selection or by getting flagged. This is much more important now that we have talents that are pvp specific.

    The visibility conditions are mapped to macro conditions, unfortunately I'm not aware of one for pvp, as such thats not possible. :-(
