i have bars 3 and 4  on the right side of the screen right beside the questlog but everytime i use a vehicle  and exit it the bars dont get properly recognised and the questlog moves under these 2 bars.    /reload   helps temporarily till the next vehicle use

both bars are still usable but the questlog  is half covered

I use ActionBar Paging for Bars 1 and 2. When exiting a vehicle, it pages through 1 through 5.

I have exactly the same problem. After switching to vehicle UI (e.g. wq Beachhead for Tortollans) quest tracker jumps to the right edge of the screen doesn't return to its place after finishing WQ / leaving vehicle UI. When I turned off bt4 I noticed that default blizz ui have "nice" animation of hiding and showing up the right action bars and thus movement of quest tracker. Reload helps, but it's annoying, especially when I want to use LFG tool, or when quest requires use of an item.

You can avoid this by simply disabling the extra bars from the default UI.
