Tooltip Conflict with TSM4 interface #1416

    When i hover over an item in a TSM window the itemtooltips disapears after 1 Second.

    Thats really annoying when when shopping at the auction house.

    I found out when tooltips in Bartender are disabeld the issue is gone. But then i dont have tooltips in bag. Pls fix if possible!!!!
