What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. unknown, as I have two accounts that I copied profiles on, so theoretically identical, and one covers action bars and one does not.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When I open any or all bags, they cover my action bars on the fight side of my screen as seen in picture openshammy.  I other pic, openhunter, that is my other character from whom I copied the profile to the shammy, and it is shown NOT covering the bars

What version of the product are you using? 4.3.2

Do you have an error log of what happened?  No.

Please provide any additional information below.
All addons are the exact same for each character, I have carbonite, atlasloot, and auctioneer active on both, any with profiles like yours are exact copies from one character to another.

Venture into the default blizzard options, and enable all the additional action bars, and the bags will move away from the border of the screen.

edit: by accounts above, I actually meant characters. SAME account different characters. Sorry
