    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    1.  Choose Restoration as a specialization for Druid.
    2.  Choose Balance Affinity Talent
    3.  Use "Moonkin Form"
    4.  Action bar does not change to reflect a new form.

    What is the expected output?
    I should have a different action bar for Moonkin Form.

    What do you see instead?
    I see the same action bar as if I were not in Moonkin Form.

    What version of the product are you using?
    4.7.0

    Do you have an error log of what happened?
    No

    Please provide any additional information below.
    When I try other forms, a new action bar is created for them.

    This is fully configurable. Go to Options -> Bar 1 -> State Configuration, Set Moonkin Form to anything but "Don't Page", base UI default would be Page 10.

    There are no plans to change the defaults.
