Some specs have highly annoying glow on procs that are up nearly always (tank Monk's Guard or tank Druid's Maul, for example).
Addons like WeakAura can enable/disable glow on specific conditions, but default glowing would still show up on proc.
The only addon to disable those completely i could find is NoButtonGlow, which is no longer updated. It has a fun update, but it doesn't really work with Bartender (or maybe no longer works, since author mentioned it's supported).
Plus removing them all is not always the best idea.

Would be nice to have a checkbox to disable glow on specific bar, like there is for macro text, for example.
