why no cast bar #1088

    hi

    I believe you have metioned before you have no plans to implement this, but do a quick google search and you will see tons of people would like to be able to move the cast bar. the fact that bartender does not do this is odd to say the least.

    I need to download yet another add-on just for this feature.

    any way this is my 2 cents. please implement this change ina future build
