Tagging as 4.1.1, fixing alot of known bugs

- Update .toc for 4.1.1
- Refresh visibility status of the bar after locking them again
- Adjust bagbar button size to new bags
- Fix alot of bugs with switching profiles
- Add /bartender and /bartender4 as slash commands to open the config
- Make sure that every bar has the proper config reference when switching profiles
