• Fill: could stack into the warband bank
  core.Stack expanded the bank target itself, so /fill bags bank also stacked
  into the warband bank. Only StackSummary expands it now, once per bank on
  either side. Also drops the shared summary table and unreachable fallbacks.
• Stacking from the bank could ignore the bank_target setting
  Stack commands used the selected bank tab to pick the bank, so bank_target
  only applied to deposits, and only when no warband tab was selected. Stack
  commands now resolve "bank" without the selected tab, so bank_target decides
  in both directions. Sort and compress still follow the selected tab.
• Support stacking to character and warband banks
  Add configurable bank destinations and per-bank stacking summaries. Preserve compression targets and hide unsupported options. Use Blizzard bank labels and the shared WowAce localization layout.

• Localization: move to the shared locale layout
  Locale files now live in locale/ and share ns.L, as in SimpleItemLevel.
  This drops AceLocale. Translation keys are unchanged, so existing WowAce
  translations carry over. CI now pushes locale/enUS.lua to WowAce before
  packaging.
