BagSlots:
- Added option to change the text positioning on the bags.  TOP or BOTTOM.
- Removed some translated strings from the locales.  Getting that info from the TOC with GetAddOnMetadata() now.
- New option dry coded.  Might wipe your raid when the important 'how many free bag slots do you have' phase kicks in.
