Re-Organize Baggins:SortItemList
Fix item-level sorting accuracy and performance
Cache item-level lookups for the duration of each sort to avoid
repeated expensive library calls from table.sort's comparator.
Prefer GetDetailedItemLevelInfo() when available, with
LibItemUpgradeInfo retained as a fallback for older clients.
The library can return outdated item levels on Retail, resulting
in incorrect sorting.
Testing on Retail:
- Bank opening with item-level sorting improved from roughly
  40 seconds with watchdog errors to 1-2 seconds.
- Equipment now sorts correctly by descending effective item level
  within each section.
- Existing comparison tie-breakers are preserved.
Fix premature item count initialization during login
The initial SaveItemCounts() call in RunBagUpdates() can occur before WoW has populated inventory data, leaving Baggins.itemcounts empty. This incorrectly marks existing items as New and can delay the initial bag refresh.
Move the snapshot to a timer scheduled two seconds after OnEnable() completes.
Tested on Retail with repeated fresh logins and immediate bag opening.
