Baggins

Table of Contents

Inventory Management with virtual view divided into sections.

Now with baggins you can not only separate your bags into virtual view of your inventory but organize the items in your virtual view by item type! Bag options with endless possibilities. Add/remove/create categories, change skin of the view baggins does it all! Customize your bags to show items exactly how you like! No more looking for items and not being able to find them, look and know exactly where they should be!

For example one bag with profession items, one bag with gear, and so much more! You can even make your own categories!

You can use the minimap icon or /baggins to open the options window.

Thank you for the link Bondy. :) Although baggins works just fine as it is the addon manager moans it's out of date, so that'll stop it being penalised along with the rest of the naffed-out addons.

Thanks for the link :) The "old" Baggins did not work for me, but this do... To a degree.
I have problems with "waterfall" though.
As long as I don't try to adjust the addon like adding new rules or anything. Just let it be original, nothing bad happens.
But ones I start doing anything extra I get up an "waterfall 1.0" error and something. And the addons locks up totally. Have to uninstall it, log on, log off, reinstall it and log back on, for it to work again...

Do you know how to fix the waterfall error?

it is the "waterfall" part of the addon that creates the errors. Baggins in it self works, but ones you try to do something with it, waterfall will crash.

Thats not true at all. The close window button does not work and fires errors. So do numerous other options and button clicks in Baggins. Granted would not take much to fix the few problems there are.

Perhaps it's another addon causing the issues. As it stands now and on PTR, Baggins worked without error. Baggins search threw up one error, but worked flawlessly.

Have you tried editing your bags, or saving a profile. Get a ton of LUA errors when I do this.

Just curious if anyone is planning to update this for 4.0. I love this add-on and would hate to have to switch, but it appears as though its not being maintained any longer :(

You could submit it your own as a seperate Addon.. as Baggins Fan Update or so on... but you should contact the originial author and ask for permission

Anyone know how to submit an update to an addon? I've made a couple of fixes to Baggins. First I found why it was trying to put profession bags into profession bags and getting stuck in an error loop. Fixed that. I also added awareness of the Inscription profession.
