- fixed a bug in the generation of form/stance options
- added localization support via AceLocale-3.0 and WoWAce's localization tool
- made some libraries optional: AceDBOptions, AceConfig, AceConfigCmd, AceConfigDialog, AceConfigRegistry, LibDataBroker, LibDualSpec and LibSharedMedia; they are still embedded in the default distribution, but disembedded users may now run without them (and, of course, without the features they provide)
