Bump version number to 1.2.0.

Merial:
    - Bump version number to 1.2.0.
    - Clear error bit when starting a new search.
    - Misc localization updates.
    - Implemented options for setting number/size of stacks. Auto-adjust stack size when count is changed. Expand AL options when opening options window from "Buy" tab.
    - Sell last stack even if smaller.
    - Updated vendor data for 3.1.1.
    - Fixed undercut detection and removed some dead code.
    - Fixed bug when closing AH with a purchase pending.
