Quick fix to undercuts. Bumped version number to 1.0.

    - Quick fix to undercuts. Bumped version number to 1.0.
    - Red background for undercuts on "Show My Auctions". Allow zero buyout. More tooltip code cleanup. Config dialog cleanup.
    - Eliminate stray money icons when switching between tooltips.
    - Fix tooltip display problems, take 2.
    - Fixed scroll bar offsets.  We now correctly return to your previous location in the summary view.
    - Don't undercut historical prices.
    - Implement GetSellValue and GetAuctionBuyout.
    - Split out English text for localization.
