Tagging new release.

    - Left-clicking the dataobj icon opens the ARL interface options panel.
    - Unregister PLAYER_LOGIN and nil the function at the end of its execution.
    - Changed the datafeed's initial text from "Unknown" to "Tradeskills".
    - Added compatibility with the latest 2.0 code.
    - In ARL_Scan(): If ARL.Frame is visible, hide it and do not scan - at this point the TradeSkillUI will be hidden so scanning will cause ARL to complain.
