Add option to hide header collapse/expand buttons.
Fix behaviour for disabled click-functions.
Repair mouse configuration behaviour.
Preparatory poking for header click-command.
Disable click-function to share quest if not in group.
Allow click-function disables to be boolean values as well as functions.
Add click-command for quests: "Send to Chat" (#46); allow for click-commands to be disabled.
Make throttler call with the proper "self" arg.
Add some very basic event throttling. Mainly to avoid having sounds play when they shouldn't, but also prevents unneccessary function calls.
Sounds should now play at the proper times (Closes #49).
Manually expanded or collapsed headers should now stay that way (Closes #50).
Fix logic for disabling soundfile selection (#49).
