* Added support for Load-On-Demand via AddonLoader.
  Now only loads for hunters and warriors. Let me know if there are any other
  classes that would benefit - I don't have a cadre of alts to keep me
  informed of their equipment needs :)

* Fix the automatic restocking for the case when there is only one ammo type in
  the inventory and a fixed low-grade ammo-type has been specified for
  restocking.

* Fix the auto-buy logic to restock lowgrade ammo when there is a set type
  specified. The don't-waste-money logic was being overly aggressive.
  This fixes ticket #5.

* Provide better description on the restocking config panel.

* Updated the date in the TOC.

* Provide a default icon (question mark) when no ammo information is available.

* Also specify the icon when creating the LDB object. Failing to do this causes
  some broker displays to not listen for changes to the icon.
  This fixes the issue raised in ticket #3.

* Added auto-discovery of the localized strings for "Weapon", "Guns", "Bows" and "Crossbows" to make the auto-reloading work across locales.
  This may delay the enabling of the auto-reloading slightly when Ammo-matique is first used, but should not present any real inconvenience.
