stencil:
    - Add a tracker for the 4 Hellbane rares in Tanaan Jungle (Doomroller, Terrorfist, etc). When the character has killed at least one that day, but not all of them, then the ones killed are represented by icons in the cell.
    - bug fix: options setting to hide/show 5 man dungeon lockouts wasn't applying to Timewalker and Mythic difficulties
