    new trackers for shadowlands:
    covenant callings, ordered by nearest to expiration
    covenant renown (with color change at weekly cap)

    changes to existing behaviors:
    BfA loot coins and Emmisary trackers no longer shown by default

    bug fixes:
    fix Mythic Plus tracker
    fix Conquest points tracker
    enable/disable checkboxes for several trackers weren't toggling behavior correcly
