    - core: fix ElvUI breakage
    LibActionButton-1.0 was renamed in ElvUI 8.26. According to user reports
    ABA was working fine prior to that change, so just accommodate for the
    new name

    - Added GetSpellCharges to GLOBALS
    Added GetSpellCharges to GLOBALS list to test if Travis CI stops reporting an error.
    - Removed trailing white space in line 254
    - Added hint to Guard charges
    Added an hint when Guard charges max out. The first charge is generally reserved for special boss attacks. While the second charge is mostly used when off CD, to prevent waste of damage reductions.
Rainrider:
    - rules: fix the rules for the legendary rings
    The rules now account for when someone else triggered the buff
