Warrior and priest updates.

Rainrider:
- warrior: some small fixes and optimisations
Adirelle:
- Priest: added a rule for Serendipity.
Fixes GH-126.
Rainrider:
- warrior: change the RefreshRend rule so it does not collide with the LPS rule
- warrior: propose refreshing rend only if it is cast by the player
Partially fixes gh-123
Adirelle:
- Trailing whitespace removed.
- Fixed HIGHLIGHT_MEDIATYPE upvalue in Core.lua
- Embeds SharedMedia_ButtonHighlight in SMBH\ instead of ilbs\SharedMedia_ButtonHighlight\ to shorten the path.
Hopefully fixes GH-119.
- Use SharedMedia_ButtonHighlight instead of shipping our own textures.
- Updated README.md regarding feedback.
