Added Deathknight and Rogue support.

Adirelle:
    - Added an Acknowledgment section in the README file.
Rainrider:
    - Deathknight: exclude some spells as they are handled by the default ui
    - Now with less headers and more trailing spaces
    Links are automatically generated for headers. We don't want that since we have code there
    Trailing spaces are apparently important in markdown
Adirelle:
    - Tell wowace documentor to uploaded the rule reference.
    - Added a reference of the rule functions, thanks to Rainrider.
    - RuleDSL: use the INVERT_AURA flag of LibPlayerSpells.
    See #18.
    - Monk: tweaked Desperate Measures handler.
    - Monk: fixed a typo in ElusiveBrewStacks custom handler.
    Do not show the stack count as the stock UI already does it.
