Some bugfixes.

Adirelle:
    - Send ContentUpdate events in RedispatchAllItems.
    Might help with GH-7.
    - Enforce a full update on set switching.
    Fixes GH-13.
    - Fix GH-8.
    - Do not oversize the currency frame.
    Should fix #10. Thanks @arhra.
