Adirelle:
    - Use the item link, instead of its identifier, to get its quality.
    - Use an new internal message to force rescanning of bags.
    - Fixed stack splitting for stacks in the reagent bank.
    Fixes #218.
    - Post-pone ordering of filters as much as possible.
    This ensures all filters are loaded.
    - Properly update the bags when a filter is toggled.
