Version 1.1 Includes Filters for Fishing items.

    - Update ToC for Version 1.1 release
    - Split Rare Fish from Bait.
    Added options to merge Rare Fish and Bait.
    Changed Filter function to iterate over tableToContainer instead of AddonTable.ItemTables so that adding a new table doesn't case a nil lookup when getting a container name.
    - Added Rare Fish to the Bait Table.
    Added Rare Fish to the Bait Table.  Consider renaming the catagory or making an option to merge fish with baits.

    - Updated .toc for git repository
