AceConfigRegistry-3.0 & Custom Widget Support #490

    While ACD was updated to allow custom widgets for most types, ACR wasn't.  Attempting to use a custom widget causes ACR to throw errors due to there not being dialogControl=optstring key/value pairs in the typedkeys table @ line 96. According to the changes in ACD, everything but "group" should have them.
