Could you attach the 'texture' and 'checkers' to the widget? It would be nice not to iterate the widget to get to them.

We generally do not recommend or support manually interfering with the internals of any AceGUI widget.

Basically all I'm trying to do is change the color of the 'texture' which is white to black and make the checkers slightly bigger to compensate for full opacity. I can iterate by regions but all the other widgets have everything attached this was the only oddball.

I've made them member variables of the colorSwatch. Although I still don't recommend messing with widget internals, since it easily affects all addons.
