3 - FrameXML Highlighting

I'm a bit too lazy to do it myself, but I'd like to see highlighting for FrameXML too. That is, normal XML, but with WoW Lua highlighting inside widget handler tags. (OnLoad, OnShow, OnClick, etc.)
