457 - Not recording real id messages
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.When someone from real id sends a real id message (not battletag).

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The expected output is that I should look in my history and see messages from my real id friends. Instead I find no history of any messages between them and myself.
What version of the product are you using?
3.7.9
Do you have an error log of what happened?
No
Please provide any additional information below.
I have it selected that I will record everything that people send to me. I realized that when people who are on my real id messages me I can't look back on the conversation in the history. This doesn't apply to battletag messages or regular whispers between players.
