454 - Tabs are not anchored to their sides

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Have a whisper window open with multiple tabs
2. Move the whisper window away from the starting point
3. See result

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I'd expect the background texture for the tab to move with it, but it stays in place until you click on it or another tab. (This can also happen to other elements like the ignore button when it is detached from the rest of the quick buttons)

What version of the product are you using?
3.7.9

Do you have an error log of what happened?
Does not produce an error.
