417 - do not see what i whispered-Lag??

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.do not see the typed content only after 2 mins

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
do not see what i whispered only adter 2 mins since i used the latest update

What version of the product are you using?
latest

Do you have an error log of what happened?
looks a little like lag but than in writing

    Does this occur with no other mods running? I cannot reproduce this. Perhaps conflict with another chat mod or something that recently changed?
