416 - Outgiong wishpers hang on.

Hi my Wim hangs on again and again.
incoming wispers working perfect.
outgoing wisper, are sent to participate only after 2 to 4 minutes.

No error message.
Reload does not help
have no steps to reproduce the problem to.

    i have the same. takes like 2 min before they get my whisper. or they not get it atall
