406 - WIM chat bar fills the whole screen

What is the issue?

This happens after a fight and i want to respond some one that whispered me during a fight.

    sorry the first photo is from IF its "fixes" its self then my chat is up in the upper right corner. And not lower right as i have it. But i dont know how it does that.. Fixes it self i mean.
