345 - Black Bars on left/right edges

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run WoW at a weird resolution (1800x900)
2. Get in combat
3. Get black bars on left/right sides with a weird alpha

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
No bars?

What version of the product are you using?
Noticed this issues for months now, can't recall version, but it's still happening with latest alpha

Do you have an error log of what happened?
