550 - X/Y offset for Icon text

What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?
Please provide any additional information below.

I believe more customization for icon text is needed. Right now options are limited to corners/sides of an icon and cannot be adjusted futher. So something like X/Y offset tied to center of an icon would certainly be more flexible.
A real problem I face now - I have an icon for an ability within a dynamic group that changes based on certain talent choices. So since I don't want to use current stacks text implementation within Icon module I have to create Text one. I cannot put that Text into dynamic group so for every different position of that group Text has to be adjusted or that would simply force me into making multiple Texts for different talent builds.
