82 - Issues with Quest Item "use" Icons

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.  Random use of quest item icons via the Blizzard quest tracking

Hi,
About 50% of the time, I get an error when I try to click on a quest item in the Blizzard quest tracker.  For an example, the Argent Tournament dailies have items you could use to summon a NPC to kill.  When I click on this icon on the quest tracker (right side of the screen), I get an error and it asks if I want to ignore or disable VanasKOS.  When this happens, I have to click on the actual item in my bag.
If I do a /reloadui command, it will usually work again.

Any ideas on this one?

    Probably another weird tainting problem.

    In your CLI, you can type:

    /console taintLog 1
/reload

    Then a taintlog file will be generated in the Logs directory of WoW. The output of that file after you hit something like that is helpful.
