95 - Stutter when mouse over an item

What steps will reproduce the problem?
-Hover over an item in your bag causes a stutter that is most noticeable when moving.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
-No performance loss

What version of the product are you using?
-2.3.2

Do you have an error log of what happened?
-n/a

Please provide any additional information below.
-Have tested with all other addons disabled.
-No stuttering with other addons on and TSI off.
-No stuttering with no addons on.

I checked on another computer and it's no where near as bad as on mine. The other computer has lower specs than mine, so it's not a performance issue. It must be something else specific to my computer.

I had an issue where the cvar timingmethod 2 was causing another addon to pause my game for about 3 seconds, but when changed to timingmethod 1, it was fine I checked that with this addon, ut it made no difference.

Thanks for taking a look at the issue and trying to fix it.

I will admit that my computer is by no means top of the line, but I can also say that it is probably not linked to the performance of my computer.

In an effort to rule out all setting as the problem(i have several modified settings in my config.wtf), I deleted ALL my addons and my WTF folder. Then I loaded up the game with only TSI (the alpha), and the problem was still there.

I have not yet checked another computer but I will do that and get back to you.

I have never noticed a stutter like this and my computer is incredibly low spec compared to today's standards. :/

I made a small change in alpha r706 which might help, although I make no promises.

I'd consider getting some upgrades for your computer if I were you.
