112 - Tooltip not displaying alts Known By etc.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Hover over recipe in a Guild Bank, Vendor, Auction House or Loot Window does not display known by or learnable by information in the tooltip.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Tooltip shows what alts know the recipe and which ones can learn it in all mouseovers of a recipe/pattern

What version of the product are you using?

Do you have an error log of what happened?
No Error appears, tooltip just does not display correctly.

Please provide any additional information below.
Items in a character's inventory or bank display the tooltip correctly.
Item Colorization works correctly in all windows.
Information displays correctly in /tsi UI window.
This may be a Blizzard issue. Another add on with similar functionality (Altoholic) has the same problem.
