77 - "stuck" rez bars

What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Something unreproducible happens
  2. I get a rez bar that stays (a) empty, and (b) on the screen forever
  3. I try to reproduce it, and can't do it reliably. :(

Which has been the case approximately forever now, and I wish it wasn't. Anyway, having finally given up on finding a reproducible case, it would be awesome if you stuck a little timer somewhere that would hide a rez casting indicator after, say, 60 seconds even if the "finish" event never landed or whatever.

That way they will eventually vanish, even if they get stuck like this.

They always are empty (eg: just the black background, no progress), have the "?" for the spell icon, and have the target name present. If that helps.
