This is a Skada module that'll keep track of Water Shield procs and calculate your Water Shields PPM.

The addons goal is to help the decision making process when considering if you should use the Water Shield glyph for the given boss encounter or not. ( above 3.6-3.7 PPM it's better to use the glyph )

By default the addon shows the Water Shield PPM for the given shaman, if you click the bar of the shaman (or mousover it) it'll show the actual amount of procs.
