496 - Prot. Warrior Shield Block buff duration uptime

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Prot. Warrior with Heavy Repurcussions talent
2. Hit a dummy and use shield blocks as many times as possible for 2 minutes.
3. Check the shield block buff uptime after you're done in step 2

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The shield block buff duration uptime is too low. I suspect skada does not register Heavy Repurcussions proc correctly.

What version of the product are you using?

Skada-1.5-11
