396 - Details for interrupts and healing taken

What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?
It would be cool to be able to see:
a) what spells were interrupted;
b) who healed a specific person and for how much. Kinda like in "enemy damage taken".

Please provide any additional information below.
