What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Only one occurrence, Vortex Pinnacle Heroic.  One party member turned in a tol'vir artifact to the lamp (shows as a daily if you have one in your inventory or archaeology is high enough.

When you turn in the artifact token it gives you a buff that gives mana and hp regen (I believe) It gives it to the entire party.  Right after the quest was turned in I was constantly spammed with lua errors.

What version of the product are you using?
