117 - Disable HandyNotes integration

Please add an option to disable the HandyNotes integration entirely. The NPCScan Overlay module has a global "Enable" toggle, so I'm assuming the lack of one in the HandyNotes module is an oversight. I'm already using NPCScan Overlay to show me where the rares are, and between that, GatherMate, and a few HandyNotes plugins, I really don't need any more icons on my map. :P

    You can turn it off inside handynotes itself at the moment.

    I can probably get around to adding that same toggle to the silverdragon config.
